Return and refund policy

1. Service Cancellation & Rescheduling

(Applies to Astrology Readings, Energy Healing Sessions, and Spiritual Coaching Sessions)

Because your session time is reserved specifically for you, all bookings are treated as an energetic commitment.

  • Rescheduling: We require 48 hours advance notice to reschedule a booked service. Please notify us via email at thebloodmoonastrology@gmail.com before this window.
  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to attend the scheduled session (No-Show), the full fee for the service is non-refundable. This policy honors the time reserved for your session.

2. Final Sale Items (Non-Refundable Services & Custom Work)

The following services and customized items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance once the service has been performed or the custom work has begun:

  • All Astrology Readings
  • Energy Healing Sessions
  • Spiritual Coaching Sessions
  • Customized Portraits

3. Physical Product Returns

(Applies to Crystals and Art Prints)

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your physical item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.

Refunds for Physical Products

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery, and we will address the issue promptly.
