Navigating Pluto Retrograde in Aquarius

Pluto stations right around the Scorpio full moon, sitting at 5°30' Aquarius from April 30th through May 12th. It turns stationary retrograde on May 6th, then begins moving in retrograde motion. This stationary phase acts like a cosmic turning point — the eye of the storm. With Pluto transiting Aquarius, you may find yourself bombarded with intense triggers, surfacing personal trauma or karmic energies deeply tied to collective shifts.

A gentle reminder: personal growth, healing, and the soul's reincarnation journey do not move in a linear way — from ignorance to non-dual awareness, from pain to pure bliss, from entrapment to liberation. It moves more like a choppy stock market. Let the energy you use to deal with triggers flow from your crown down to your heart, solar plexus, and root chakra, and connect with the earth. This would be a powerful shift — from using the mind to control or manufacture change, to being able to utilize multiple chakras to explore authentic rebirth.
