Owning your crown, being an empowered empath

Working through intense survival energy and rewiring the nervous system—both in myself and during healing sessions with clients over the past two weeks, I realized something quite empowering: when you're centered in your own frequency—owning your crown: seeing/experiencing life, yourself, and others through your own vibrational lens—other people can rise into their own higher alignment, with more space for shift, growth, and healing.

The moment you're triggered and start matching the vibration of survival energy or thoughtforms—whether they're coming through another person or from the collective field—the energy begins to distort. Sometimes, the other person becomes completely lost to the survival state or to those thoughtforms. They become reactive, avoidant, or take on whatever form their “shadow” tends to express. And if you're unaware, you're very likely to lose your grounding and fall into circular arguments and endless triggers.

It’s not that you're causing their behavior, but your frequency can act like a tuning fork. When you're in alignment, you are more capable of processing your own triggered emotions inside your space. When you lose your grounding, your pain will jump into other people's space, becoming entangled with their pain. You begin to experience others through survival energy, and start to match their crown. They, in turn, respond to that frequency, especially if they aren't grounded or haven't yet developed tools to navigate their fear and pain.

You may often need to be the one who shifts first to break the cycle—not because you're 'more responsible,' but because you can. You've cultivated the awareness and capacity through consciously working with your own shadows and triggers.

This realization can help you avoid spiraling during conflict—knowing that the moment you return to your center, everything has the potential to shift. You're not enabling, You're energetically aware in a world where most people are still reacting from their unconscious patterns. That is also why in most cases, I found conversations can be unconstructive until enough clearing and healing have taken place.

With Mercury and Jupiter transiting through Cancer, this emotional wisdom will continue to unfold—becoming a source of empowerment and inner guidance for navigating sensitivity and emotional triggers.
