I am a natural channeler of universe energy. Healing, as I understand, is not treating or fixing a problem, rather the “health problem/trauma/negative emotions” act as a mirror, helping us to understand our resistance and self-imposed limitations. In true healing, we are guided and supported by universe energy, go into the wound/trauma, by accepting the experience as it is, we release stuck imprints related to the traumatic event(s), only then the old perspective can expand, the karmic imprint(s) can be transformed. As a result, our aura becomes more open to life, as we are more open to life, emotion(s) flow more freely as energy in our system, we dissolve judgment, limitation of certain (usually what we judge as negative) life experiences, we become more courageous, curious to engage and embrace full life experiences. Certain courage, skills are only developed in difficult circumstances. The healing is for us to become our expanded Self, to engage life with various tools, so we do not fall into victimization, we recognize the richness, deep meaning of every life experience. When we develop various emotional tools, we naturally become genuinely happier, kind and loving as a complex human being.
